Bandwidth is pooled between the web-server and database server, so essentially you have a total of 100GB of bandwidth. Remember that the database server is most likely going to be using very little bandwidth because it communicates directly with the web-server via a private local connection, which is unmetered and unbilled bandwidth.
Note: For all solutions; if you go over your monthly allocated bandwidth limit, the overage charge is .32 (thirty-two cents) per GB over. You may upgrade/downgrade solutions at any time, the only exception is once a solution above standard (with two severs) is setup, you may not downgrade back to the standard (one server) solution.
